The Hype is Strong in My Family

Didn’t I make a Star Wars joke in the first comic? I guess I did.  I dunno if this is a message about fanboys vs kids (who often share the same stuff they enjoy), but here it is!  Also, who knows if I even drew those characters well.  Real people were never my strong suit.

This one actually changed punchlines when I was making it.  Originally it was about people being noisy in movie theaters, but turned more into different levels of excitement for nerdy movies.  WE might be looking forward to Episode 7 because of childhood nostalgia, but there are kids where episode 7 will BECOME the nostalgia.  And perhaps for the first times the two will cross.
